Introduzione a GNOME Print

Il pacchetto GNOME Print contiene la GNOME Printing Architecture, per GNOME 1.4.

Installare GNOME Print eseguendo i seguenti comandi:

patch -Np1 -i ../gnome-print-0.37-ft217_fixes-1.patch &&
./configure --prefix=/opt/gnome --with-zlib=/usr &&
make &&
make install

--with-zlib=/usr: configura GNOME Print per usare la zlib installata sul sistema.

Il pacchetto GNOME Print contiene gnome-font-install, le librerie di stampa di GNOME 1.4 e vari database di font.
